The method

My weight loss plan is simple- eat less calories and exercise more.

I signed up for My Fitness Pal to track my calories and workout.

I am not removing anything from my diet except cheese because it is expensive and honey flavored greek yogurt because Canada can't get it together to get a Trader Joe's. But other than that I can eat whatever I want, and as much as I want, as long as I earn the calories first.

I get 1600 calories per day, which is a lot for some people, but at my size it is low enough to burn a lot of pounds off, if I just stick to it.

My workout goal is 150 minutes, just 30 minutes per day on the weekdays.

It is all about baby steps at this point.
